My story

I know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you.

I didn't come to functional nutrition through a textbook. I came to it because I was exhausted, frustrated, and tired of being told my labs were "normal" while I felt anything but.

I spent years trying to fix things the hard way. Cutting things out, adding supplements, following plans that made sense on paper and fell apart in real life. What shifted things wasn't a new protocol. It was understanding the relationship between food, energy, and the specific way I was living my life.

That's what I help my clients understand. Not through restriction. Through nourishment.

My practice is based in the Bay Area, and I work with clients virtually across the country. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who have chronic fatigue, complicated relationships with food, and the nagging sense that they should be able to figure this out alone.

How I think about this work

Wellness is a lifestyle. Not a destination.

As a functional nutritionist, I look beyond calories and macros. Food affects your hormones, your gut, your sleep, your nervous system, and your mood. I look at all of it, because all of it affects your energy.

I've been alcohol-free for over a decade.

I share this not as a badge or a headline, but because it shaped so much of how I understand the nervous system, energy, and the stories we tell ourselves about what we need to feel okay.

Removing alcohol from my life was one of the most clarifying things I've ever done. It also came with a lot of recalibration. Learning what my body actually needed for energy, sleep, and calm, without reaching for something external, is foundational to the work I do with clients now.

I know what it's like to restructure your relationship with something deeply woven into social life. I know what it's like to build energy and presence from scratch.

That's the kind of knowing that lives in your body. That's what I bring to this work.
